Help Kappa Xi with Fall Recruitment

House Tours - Wednesday August 31st and Thursday September 1st at 5:30 pm to pass out rating cards (1 or 2 needed)

Philanthropy - Friday September 2nd at 4:30 pm we will need 3 to 4 alumnae present to change out the crafts (quilt squares), make sure the tables look nice for each round (pushing in the chairs, resetting the markers) and to help pass out rating cards

Skit Night - Saturday, September 3rd at 4:30pm we will need 5-7 alumnae to help set up the cupcakes. This year they are on individual stands so they are going to take some time to set up between parties. They will also need to make sure trash is picked up and tablecloths are kept clean between rounds and set out new water bottles if they have been drank.

Preference -Sunday, September 4th at 2pm we will need about 10 alumnae. There is a lot to be done during preference in between the rounds. The alumnae will be responsible for putting raspberry drizzle on the bundtinis, filling martini glasses with shirley temples (as well as mixing the shirley temples upon arrival), making sure the tables are kept neat between rounds and that all silverware, dishes and napkins are replaced if they have been eaten. Also between ceremonies we will need the flowers changed out and made sure that music is set and that the triangle looks great for the next round.

Please wear black shirts, that way you can be easily identified. When you come to the house for arrival, please enter through the back by the parking lot so that no one will see you!
